Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@raylaz.com or +971 52 11 2626 0 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return instructions outlined and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Please note that If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping

Box Pack: To be eligible for a return with in 7 days, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Used / Box Open : we will accept Return in 7 days if product will not as per described standard at the time of purchase

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
